We will accept returns on breastpumps within 14 days (customer pays shipping both ways) if the box has NOT been opened and the manufacturer's seals have not been broken. All warranty claims, by public health law, must go through the breastpump manufacturer directly. They warranty the quality of the pump and not the ability to breast feed. All other items are returnable within 30 days as long as they are in original condition for a full refund (shipping not included). Free Shipping: Free shipping is available ONLY in the continental US. Please contact us for rates to Hawaii and Alaska. If you REQUIRE that we use a different shipper, please let us know and we will charge accordingly. All Internet orders above $100, except breast pumps, are shipped free in the continental US via ground. Please choose the "ground" option under shipping. Depending upon your location, we may ship with a different provider. Premium shipping services are available at an extra charge (except where noted). Zicam US Priority Mail shipping charge is $ 4.25 for 1, 2 or 3 bottles, $4.75 for 4 or 5 bottles and free shipping for 6 or more bottles. Zicam shipping via mail to Canada is $10 for up to 3 units and an extra $3 for each additional 3 units. This info may not be handled properly by our shipping software but this is how your credit card will be billed. We do ship to Europe. Orders to original NATO countries cost $35 for mail service for a container that will hold up to 12 units of ZICAM or Cold-eeze or 24 pieces of Enerjets (Please note: this is NOT per piece).
